My bestie and I saw Alice in Wonderland in 3D last night.
It was pretty.
It was weird.
I expected no more (and no less).
The 3D glasses gave me a headache.


And then today we saw this:



I expected absolutely nothing going into this, and no it's not the greatest movie I've ever seen, but this movie is going to be in my head for days.

And I bought 8 DVDs because I had nothing better to do:

I Need to Know (Kris Allen)
This is probably one of the most gut-wrenching songs I've ever heard, and I love him all the more for it. It's one of my favorite songs off of his album (if not the favorite).

Talking in Code (Margot and the Nuclear So and So's)
According to the playcount, this is only the 2nd time I've listened to this song. I apparently don't listen to this band enough, because I really like what I'm hearing.

Foundations (Kate Nash)
I love her voice. I love the lyrics. I love this song. Enough said.

This is Your Life (The Killers)
Meh. I'm not all the crazy about Day & Age as an album, and I'm not all that fond of any of the songs on it, tbh.

Undeniable (Mat Kearney)
My opinion of this song is always switching between loathing and loving. Maybe I'm just not in the mood to listen to it right now, because I'm leaning towards the former.

Free Love (Cage the Elephant)
I actually really hate this song. :|

Amity (Elliott Smith)
Ditto.

Boys Boys Boys (Lady Gaga)
Not one of my fave Gaga songs, but it's finally song that I don't hate. Thank @god it wasn't Pokerface. Or Lovegame.

All of their songs have started to sound the same to me. Idk.

I Gotcha (Lupe Fiasco)
My love/hate relationship with rap, let me show you it. Thankfully this is on the love end of the spectrum. I was beginning to wonder if I still liked any of the music in my iTunes.

Blindness (Metric)
I love Emily Haines' voice. This is one of my most-played songs from Fantasies (which is an excellent album all the way through, so that's saying something).

Pagan Angel and a Borrowed Car (Iron & Wine)
If you know anything about me at all then you probably know that my love for Iron & Wine knows no bounds. Seriously. The lyrics to this song are just... love.

Holy shit I forgot I even had Pink Floyd on my computer.
